TJ is the other half of Blaque Ram, the operational engine behind every engagement. He runs the business side: operations, budgeting, and sales enablement, with the systems expertise to back it up. Certified in Smartsheet with a sharp eye for spreadsheets and data, TJ has a natural ability to turn operations into trackable, scalable systems, making sure the strategy LJ builds has the infrastructure to actually run.
